We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Europe. Orders placed before 14:00 CET on business days are dispatched the same day. Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days within the EU and the United States, and 7 to 14 business days for other regions.

Express delivery options are available at checkout where supported. A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Delivery times begin when your order is dispatched, not when it is placed. International orders may take additional time to clear customs in the destination country, which is outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within the expected window, please contact our team and we will look into it with the carrier.

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. To start a return, write to hello@calvenna.com with your order number. We email a return label or direct you to your nearest Aramex pickup point.

Exchanges are processed as a return plus a new order. This keeps the new piece in stock for you and avoids delays.

For all other regions you can still return items by any international courier. The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we inspect the item and process the refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, allow up to 10 additional business days for the funds to appear on your statement.

Models are typically 183 cm and wear size M unless otherwise noted. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for relaxed cuts and sizing down for tailored or slim cuts. When in doubt, our team is happy to advise. Write to us with your measurements.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? If your order has not yet shipped, contact our team within 2 hours of placing it and we will do our best to amend it. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Which payment methods do you accept? All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Currency is converted at checkout based on your shipping address.

Will more sizes be restocked? Popular pieces are often restocked once. Add your email to a product’s waitlist to be notified the moment your size returns.

Do you offer gift wrapping? Yes. Select the gift option at checkout. Orders are wrapped in unbranded recycled paper with a hand-written note.
